I. Warranties due to Manufacturing Defects

  • Members can return and exchange products with manufacturing defects within 90 days from date of purchase based on the following conditions:
    1. Damaged packaging material and labels, including leaking and dented bottles/containers.
    2. Product consistency that is manifested through change or variance in texture, viscosity, color, lack of scent and others.

      Note: *Applicable to damaged products during transit.
  • The members shall fill-up the form and show the item/s for return to Headquarters (HQ).
  • The members shall present the customer’s order receipt to authorized personnel.
  • The authorized personnel shall check the history of returns for potential customer fraud.
  • Product return is subject to approval by PCSB Q&A team.

II. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Customers can return the unused portion of the product together with a copy of the purchase receipt to the company within 90 days from date of purchase. Customers shall be given the following options to remedy the situation:

    1. Full refund – if returned within the month.
    2. Full credit toward the purchase of another product – if returned beyond the purchased month.

  • Members shall document the complaint by filling up a form and submit to authorized personnel with remains of the product and purchased receipt for return.
  • The qualification to return the products is the:

    1. Contents of product return should not be less than 50% of original content otherwise, it is not a clear dissatisfaction.

  • The members shall check the transaction history of product returns as potential customer fraud.

III. Product Claim Liability

  • PC products should not be harmful to users if it is used according to its intended purpose and in accordance with instructions labels.
  • Members cannot make any product claims or warranties other than those published in official PCSB materials.
  • Members cannot apply official marketing materials used in one country to make product claims or promote PC products in another country due to varying environmental conditions.

IV. Returns and Refunds

Only PC finished goods (excluding selling and training materials) will be qualified for returns based on the following scenarios:
Scenario 1 – Product (new and existing line) on the condition that the returned items are able to satisfy the following:

  1. Good condition, usable
  2. Unopened and unaltered
  3. Shelf-life is not expired (Has minimum of 12 months before expiration)

Scenario 2 – Products (outdated line) are subject to approval of the company.
The amount refunded will be computed based on the member’s purchase price less the commissions earned, including any benefits/incentives paid under specific campaign or activities.

  1. All return and exchange transactions will be monitored for potential customer and member fraud.
Scenario 3
  1. Resignation or Voluntary Termination – Product returns are accepted on the condition that returned items are able to satisfy the following:
    1. Good condition
    2. Unopened and unaltered
    3. Shelf-life is not expired (Has minimum of 12 months before expiration)

  2. Involuntary Termination due to breach of contract – PC shall have the discretion to accept or not accept products for return even if conditions are met.

V. Credit Voucher

  • Credit vouchers can be issued to members as a substitute for out-of-stock products. As a result, purchase requirements to qualify for commissions will be intact.
  • Credit voucher through crediting of corresponding amount in the e-wallet which can be found in the software application.
  • The amount stored in e-wallets can be used as credit to purchase products.

VI. Buyback

  • Only PC finished goods (excluding selling and training materials) will be qualified for returns based on the following scenarios:
    1. Product (new and existing line) on the condition that the returned items are able to satisfy the following:
      • Product is in good condition for reselling, still usable, unopened, and unaltered.
      • Shelf-life is not expired.
    2. Outdated products are subject to approval of the company.
      • The amount refunded will be computed based on the member’s purchase price less the commissions earned, including any benefits/incentives paid under specific campaign or activities.
      • PCSB has the discretion to decide the amount or value of products to be purchased from members. The maximum amount is the member’s purchase price.
    3. All return and exchange transactions will be subject to the approval of PCSB Q&A team.
Applicable Scenarios
  1. Voluntary Resignation – Members can return product (new and existing line) on the condition that the returned items are able to satisfy the following:
    1. Good condition or usable
    2. Unopened and unaltered
    3. Shelf-life is not expired (Has minimum of 12 months before expiration)

  2. Involuntary Termination or breach of contract – The company has discretion to decide the amount or value of products to be purchased from members. The maximum amount is the member’s purchase price.
